A Likely Story values and appreciates all of our customers.  We are committed to making your shopping experience in our store a pleasant, hassle-free experience.  We have spent well over a year developing our store and hope it is as error-free as human ability allows.  However, no matter how much developing we do, inevitably some mistakes are going to slip through. Therefore, we ask both your patience and assistance in working with us to constantly improve and perfect our store.  If you find a mistake or problem, please let us know.  Not only do we want to correct any mistakes in our store, but we also want --first and foremost--to make sure that each and every one of our customers is a happy customer.  So let us know when we've goofed, how we've goofed, and what we can do to make it right for you.  You'll be pleasantly surprised to discover how eager we are to make you happy.
